Thamesmead Life Drawing is a guided drop-in life drawing session based in Thamesmead in South East London. Started in Jamie Zubairi’s living room in his flat in Thamesmead out of the desire to bring this mindful creative activity to Thamesmead as the closest classes were in Blackheath and Greenwich. Since starting in September 2019 the sessions have now moved to the Bow-Arts run cafe space at the Lakeside Centre.
In 2020 Thamesmead Life Drawing will be supported by London Community Fund, Peabody, Thamesmead Now and continued support from Bow Arts
